Bramshott Place Village, the exclusive development of cottages and apartments for the over 55s in Liphook, is the main sponsor of the Bramshott Open Gardens. Bill Gair, Chief Executive of Urban Renaissance Villages, the joint developers, with Helical Bar, of Bramshott Place Village, said: “The Village has quickly become an integral part of Liphook and Bramshott life, so as a company we are delighted to be involved in an event that draws the whole community together and creates such wonderful visual appeal.”
Bramshott Place Village has been created for the active, independent over 55s. One of its many attractions is its glorious parkland estate, dating from the sixteenth century when a wealthy Godalming merchant built Bramshott Grange on the site. The residents are therefore appreciators of beautiful surroundings, and many will no doubt visit the Open Gardens Festival.
Bramshott Place Village supports other local initiatives that promote sustainable living and conserve the natural environment. These include donations to Liphook in Bloom, and the construction of a new cycleway into Liphook, something that will benefit the whole community.
